Both Pre- and Post-Abortion counseling are available at FRH. Webelieve deeply that women deserve to make informed choices aboutabortion. Our staff are available for decision making counselingprior to an abortion. This is a chance for any woman feelingunresolved conflict about her decision to problem solve before shehas an abortion. Regardless of the final decision, we haveinformation, services or referral sources at hand. Our goal with thistype of counseling is to help women come to a peaceful place aboutwhatever pregnancy decision is made. This "Head & Heart"counseling is the best way we know to resolve internal conflict.
Post-Abortion counseling is available for women who have hadabortions with us or any other medical provider. We understand thatsome decisions are made in haste, or with pressure from importantpeople around you, or from a place of hopelessness or helplessness.We have also learned that post-abortion conflict can arise from thesetypes of decisions. Our primary goal with this counseling is to helpyou find a path to peace about your decision. You won't face judgmentfrom us, you will find support, truthful information, and practicalskills to help you work through your conflict.
